To assist the tax professionals in providing accurate and complete answers to your questions, please have the facts of your particular situation in hand before you call. The answer to the same tax question often varies from one taxpayer to another because of differences in their age, income, dependents, and/or martial status.
The telephone menu allows callers with rotary dial telephones to speak their responses when requested to do so. First you will be provided a series of options that will request touch-tone responses. If a touch-tone response is not received, you will then hear a series of options and be asked to speak your selections. After your touch-tone or spoken response is received, the telephone system will direct your call to the appropriate tax professional.
The better you are organized and have your facts together, the better the assistance.
